We act as an intermediary between you and surety bond carriers. The actual surety bond is issued by the carrier, not by RockLike Agency LLC.

Applications

By submitting a bond application, you authorize us to:

Approval and Issuance

Bond approval is at the sole discretion of the surety carrier. We do not guarantee approval of any application. Upon approval and payment, the carrier will issue your bond, and we will deliver it to you electronically.

Payment Terms

Payment for bonds is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Pricing: All prices displayed are in US dollars. The premium you pay is a percentage of the total bond amount, not the full bond amount.

Refunds: Once a bond is issued, the premium is generally non-refundable. Cancellation policies vary by carrier and bond type. Please contact us for specific refund inquiries.
